Combined with 3D dynamic finite element analysis, a strong and tough rib structure is designed to ensure that the machinery can maintain high precision and stable reliability during high-speed machining. The three-axis transmission screws are all C3 grade double nut ball screws, and all screws are pre stretched for stable performance and improved axial power transmission efficiency. All slides are equipped with automatic lubrication system for centralized superior lubrication. The slide surface of the guide rail is made of imported high-quality TURCITE-B wear-resistant sheets, which have low resistance, low friction coefficient and vibration reduction characteristics, and slide smoothly with each other to ensure the positioning and processing accuracy of the machine.
