Closed aluminum silicate furnace with lightweight insulation bricks to ensure full utilization of heat. Parallel side open furnace doors keep the hot end away from operation. The combination of PID microcomputer air sensor and precision sensor ensures precise temperature. Special function keys for temperature setting. Auxiliary menu, realizing over rise alarm, deviation correction, and menu locking. Optional exhaust system for ashing. Nickel chromium aluminum alloy heating wire is enclosed and embedded in an aluminum silicate furnace to reduce the corrosion of volatile gases on the heating wire.
