SYD-XW2Fiber Image AnalyzerIt is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of "Appendix G Wood Fiber Content Test Method", "Appendix H Fiber Length and Diameter Test Method", and "Appendix T Cross section Method for Determining Fiber Diameter Test Method" in the transportation industry standard JT/T 533-2020 "Fibers for Asphalt Pavement". It uses a microscope and specialized analysis software, equipped with a large field of view eyepiece and a dedicated objective lens, with a large and clear field of view, a coarse and fine coaxial focusing mechanism, adjustable coarse and fine tension, with a limit locking device, and can freely switch between bright test field/polarized observation. 100% transparent photography is performed to complete the analysis and measurement of multifunctional fibers.
Note: This instrument can be used for detecting the content of wood fibers, as well as measuring the length and diameter of fibers. It is a multifunctional instrument for fiber quality testing.
